And this one is for unanswered posts and/or topics.

Once we see that the concern was already answered by one of the GMs or staffs, we will not anymore answer it(unless there is a follow up question or concern based on the 1st post). Kindly include the link of the unanswered post to this thread so that we will attend to the concern and answer it As soon as possible. Once answered, the post the you made in this post will be deleted, hence this will give you the idea that your concern has been answered. If your post has not yet been deleted in this thread then your concern has not yet been answered or we did answer it but it requires certain information from you or from other players. So, remember, kindly input informations that you think is needed to check your concern. We "WILL" make it sure that it is answered.
