FORUM RULES AND REGULATION

The following rules or regulations explain the probable acts and discipline of members inside Cabal Rackage forums. These rules may not include all forms of violations. Therefore, forum moderators /administrators reserve the right to evaluate every incident and take action they consider applicable to the case.


1. Spamming, Flooding / Nonsense posts or topics is not allowed.

* We do not tolerate spamming, flooding (over posting entries of the same content, similar phrases), gibberish replies, improper dialects like l337 speak or SMS talk. A limit of only 3 out of topic replies can be excused, to avoid deviating from the main topic.
* Penalty: If anyone is found of these acts, she/he will be penalized accordingly and the thread/post will be closed/ deleted without prior notice. Deliberate and/or repeated violators will be banned for 7 days temporarily or permanently depending on severity.


2. Avoid posting irrelevant threads/topics.

* Out of topic threads/posts in main categories will be deleted. This includes posting entries that is not related to General Discussion.
* Posts may not contain spam. Spam is one word posts, posts with no meaning to the topic, or double/triple posts without reason. Posting in the wrong section is also not tolerated. Posts in Off Topic do not count. It's Off Topic.
* Revival of dead topics are prohibited unless one has something constructive to add.
* Penalty: Moved to correct section, or deleted (if it's not totally related to any Cabal Rackage Forums ) by forum moderators. Deliberate and/or repeated violators will be muted for 7 days.


3. No Game Master / Administrator / Moderator Impersonations.

* Any form of GM or Admin Impersonations will never be tolerated.
* Penalty: All those who will get caught will be banned permanently.



4. Discussions of Private Servers, Hacks, Cheats, Bots and Tampering/Modifying the game client are prohibited.

* Promotion of malicious programs, hacking-related websites, cheats, bots and private servers inside Cabal Rackage forums is not allowed.
* Penalty: If anyone is found to have participated in such actions, he/she will be permanently banned from the forum.



5. Flaming, Harassment, and Discrimination is not allowed.

* Let us act like a community, avoid offending other people on the boards. Avoid cussing, posting derogatory comments, flaming, racism and trolling.
* Penalty: Members found to be violating this rule are subject to 7 days mute. Deliberate and/or repeated violators will be banned for 2 weeks temporarily.



6. Avoid Accusations or Rumors.

* This will only do more harm than good to the person(s) involved. If there are any reports about any violation or anything that doesn't have a valid or concrete proof, it is best to private message the concerned parties first. If this concerns game violations, you could private message the Game Masters Or CM instead.
* We all have the Freedom of Speech but it doesn't mean we can abuse it. Let's be more civilized in posting.
* Penalty: Members found to be violating this rule are subject to 7 days mute. Deliberate and/or repeated violators will be banned for 2 weeks temporarily.



7. Using Speed Hacks / Illegal Programs.
The Usage For Speed Hack Or Any Illegal program Hacks / Cheats / Bots Etc...
Is Temprory Not Allowed in the Game.
Penalty: Any Char will be Found Using Illegal Program His / Her Char will Be permanently Blocked From The Game

8.Swearing And Abusing Words.
The Usage For Any Swear Words Or Abuse Words In Forum Is temporarily Not allowed.
Penalty:Any User Will Found Out in His Topic / Answer he used Swear Words He/she will be permanently Blocked From The Forum.

9.English Only Policy (EOP) in Forum.
Anyone caught posting using vernacular or native language will have their post deleted and be given a User ID warning. You may post in the correct International Support section using your native language and in the All About Guilds sub-forums only.
Penalty: 3 warnings will be given, 3rd warning will result to a 7 days mute.

10.Signatures and Avatars.

* Signatures may not exceed 600 px in width and 150 px in height.
* Penalty: Signatures and Avatars maybe removed at the discretion of a moderator.
